Trip Details

This incredible itinerary takes us through the varied and stunning ecosystems of the gorgeous Pacific North West. We will journey along the Pacific Coast, exploring the Hoh Rainforest and its stands of Hemlock, Red Cedar and Douglas Fir. The Hoh Rainforest receives 120-140 inches of rain per year, resulting in a lush environment that is impossibly GREEN! It is covered in moss and home to several 300-foot tall trees!

Mount Rainier is perhaps the most identifiable peak in the United States. It receives 50 feet of snow annually- a big reason why Rainier is the most glaciated active volcano in the US- 26 glaciers surround this incredible peak. In July, the Mt. Rainier wildflower show gets started, resulting in a spectacular array of colors strewn across this breathtaking landscape. We will spend 2 days exploring and enjoying this beautiful National Park.

Seattle is an incredible city. Surrounded by water and mountains, it is arguably one of the most beautiful cities in the world. We will finish our trip in this modern metropolis, exploring 9 acres of vendors of all kinds in the famous Pike Place Market- try to catch a flying fish or grab a souvenir from one of the many fine artists that will be selling their amazing products.
